Deliveries are made once a week on Wednesday or Thursday (see zone map). You do not have to be home.

FREE ground delivery is automatically applied when you order 4 weeks of any plan $69.95/week or more.

Meal plans include the meals in the order shown on the menu. For example: if you order a 5-day plan you will receive the first 5 days of meals shown on the menu.
