Breakfast only, 7 days a week. Don't miss the most important meal of the day. Tired of cereal? Rather have an omelet, pancakes or oatmeal, but don't have time in the morning to prepare a meal? Now you can enjoy a freshly prepared, healthy, breakfast every morning. They're portable. Take to work or school. Great for students, teachers, busy professionals, seniors or anyone who wants to enjoy a variety of healthy, delicious breakfasts. Meals are freshly prepared, calorie and portion controlled, fat and sodium restricted.

This Plan
Each week you will receive:

7 Breakfasts

Your meals will be freshly prepared and delivered once a week. They will keep for a full 7 days in your fridge.

Delivery
We freshly make and ship all meals once a week on Tuesdays. You will receive your delivery on either Wednesday or Thursday depending on your delivery zone.

Even if you order more than one week, you will receive one shipment per week.
We cannot give you a set time for delivery. UPS delivers as early as 9am or as late as 7pm to residential customers.
For consistency, begin your plan with breakfast the morning after delivery.

Ordering

The price shown is per person per week.
Enter the number of weeks at a time you would like to order in the box above.
Your card will be charged for the total amount.
You will receive one shipment of freshly prepared meals each week for the specified number of weeks.
Order additional sets of meals for additional people separately.
Guarantee your delivery by placing your order for the upcoming week by 5pm on Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on Monday are subject to availability.

Policy

We do not believe in contracts. You are welcome to start, stop or change your meal plan, skip a delivery or change your options at any time. However, fresh food including perishable fresh produce and dairy items will be ordered to make your meals. For this reason, changes and/or cancellations must be requested by 5pm Fridays for the upcoming week. We greatly appreciate your understanding and attention to this necessary deadline.

To change your plan options, skip a delivery or cancel your plan, give us a call at 1-800-976-9230 Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. Outside business hours, leave a message and we will return your call at the earliest opportunity.

FREE ground delivery is automatically applied when you order 4 weeks of any plan $69.95/week or more.

Meal plans include the meals in the order shown on the menu. For example: if you order a 5-day plan you will receive the first 5 days of meals shown on the menu.
